When I contacted them about this error, they emailed the following: “Unfortunately, since your current order has already been processed and dispensed by our pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or refunded at this time.” I responded with, “I canceled automatic refills well before the prescription was filled and shipped. So if I’m understanding you correctly, I indicated that I no longer want this product automatically refilled and that you are no longer authorized to charge my card, and you are saying: ‘we filled it and charged you anyway, and because we did that despite you indicating otherwise, we will not refund you.’ Am I understanding you correctly?” to which Keeps responded, “I’m sorry to hear you want to cancel your subscription with Keeps. Consistency is key to the effectiveness of our treatments, which is why we ship your refills automatically and also Keeps is a subscription service. We’d love you to stay with us, and I'd be happy to offer you a $50 credit on your next refill. Would that work for you?” Literally ignored what I said. I will attempt to initiate a chargeback with my bank, and will file a complaint with the BBB. I recommend staying away from this business.
