The product worked okay, however the customer service was horrible. I deactivated my subscription with the intent to still use the product in the future. On my end through my log in it showed as deactivated. They still billed me and sent the product out the following billing cycle and then told me to eat sh*** when I called and told them about the mistake. They took 0 responsibility for the "error" in their system. I was able to cancel through the rep, and while I had planned to be a customer for life I will seek the product from a different vendor and avoid keeps like the plague. Lost a customer for life with your horrid customer service
