The exercises and information are genuinely useful. I could see this working well if your consistent with it. My problem was I just couldn't keep up with it regularly, which is more on me than the app. What I will say is the subscription pricing wasn't made very clear when I signed up. I thought I knew what I was paying and then got a surprise. The content itself deserves more stars but the overall experience lands at three for me.
