Had an issue with my subscription and tried to chat with a person after AI couldn’t help. It was still the holiday season when this happened and no one picked up my chat so I tried to remedy the situation myself and didn’t do so well. Just a few minutes later I received an email from the owner, she was extremely kind and helpful and helped me figure out a solution. She apologized for not picking up the chat, said she was busy with her at-home kids, and then let me be on my way. I went online to see what the owner, Monica, looked like and read about her journey and business, she’s also the creator of all the products and signed off as a “Steward and Alchemist,” love it!
