When my order was late, I contacted the company. They told me my address was wrong and the order had been sent back to the post. I know my own address. The products are very expensive. The company charges the consumer more for shipping than the actual cost of the shipping. My order was returned to the company and I was sent an invoice for an extra $10 to ship it back out to me. So I asked for a refund. This was my first experience with this company and I do not recommend them.
