I ordered a number of the heart shaped 'sea glass, handed crafted friendship decor' from Kenmiso. According to the advertisement they come with beautiful white ribbons and in individual boxes. The hearts arrived wrapped in a plastic bag. They were NOT handcrafted, there was no sea glass, it was a picture with writing, with white cords and no boxes. Unfortunately, I saw the reviews too late. I was not happy. I emailed them and demanded a full refund on return of faulty goods. After several emails and a lot of haggling, I was offered a reasonable refund, got my money back and the matter was finally resolved. I find it shocking that despite so many complaints and scathing reviews Kenmiso continue to false advertise, luring unsuspecting, trusting customers. I want to know who is responsible for allowing them to continue trading under deceptive means?
