Total con artists! They used misleading advertising to promote socks as knitted when they are actually very cheap. If you've been deceived like I was, reach out to them immediately and emphasize: 1) False advertising could lead to legal consequences for the company, 2) The received items are of poor quality compared to what was advertised, 3) The items were intended as a gift, and 4) A reasonable refund should be expected.
I ordered a pair of socks from an online store. I paid a significant amount for delivery, but it took two weeks for customs to process the parcel. Eventually, the delivery status was updated to indicate it was stuck in customs clearance! Spending almost $50 for nothing was frustrating. I definitely do not recommend this store; their rating should be negative!
Gutted that I did not check these reviews first. Submitted an order in September. Chased and chased, I was sent two totally separate websites to track my parcel, one said it was coming from the USA, the other from China. Requested a refund four times then gave up. By some miracle the order then turned up late December. Quality of the product was mediocre and absolute rip off for the price. Avoid them, go to a local shop.
It’s such a shame there is no ‘zero star’ option for these people. Clearly a drop shipping scam artist and should be avoided at all costs. They shipped a pair of adult ‘XL’ tactical trousers that were suitable for a slim 10 year old child and the quality was so laughable and nothing about the product resembled the advertisement. Avoid at all costs. They offered to refund 10% of the price - saying I could keep the trousers, then 15, then 30% upon further complaint - none of which I expect to see. Do not buy anything from these people - they steal your money and send garbage.

BUT YOU'VE LOST $50 JUST B4 CHRISTMAS, FOR 100% UNUSABLE GLUED TOGETHER SOCKS. SHAME I CANT SEEM TO LEAVE A PIC!!! I HOPE I SAVE AT LEAST ONE PERSON FROM BEING SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT'S AMAZING THEY ARE STILL IN BUSSINESS, RIPPING OF PEOPLE WORLD WIDE. JUST ENOUGH LEGITIMACY THAT THEY ARE NOT DIRECT THIEVES. Terrible. Do not buy anything from them. It'd a total on line scam. You can't track your package and whne you email amd ask you get an auto response that's telling you they are sorry but it's on the way. 4 weeks later it's still not here. I don't even want it anymore. And you'll never get a refund. Trust me. This is BS
