When I tried to return the items, they informed me that I'd have to cover the airport tax shipping fees, which is not worth it. I feel completely scammed. Please avoid this website!
I typically review clothing lines before buying, but this time I must have acted on impulse. The visuals on the website are appealing, but upon receiving my order—costing nearly £100—I was taken aback. None of the items fit; they were all too small. The contrast between what was shown online and what arrived was shocking—it's frustrating. It took weeks to get a reply via email, and the provided returns address in another country doesn’t even exist. After purchasing an international return label, the parcels were sent back to me by customs. I am at a loss for words. I urgently need the correct returns address. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I will have to report it to the relevant authorities, as this situation seems suspicious.

I've sent multiple emails, and all I get is a response saying they will reply in three working days. It's truly disappointing. This service may not even be legitimate. I ordered a blazer from this service, which appeared to be UK-based with 'Free UK delivery', yet returns had to go to the Netherlands, which was not clearly mentioned. I followed their guidelines and spent £9.80 on return shipping, but after a month, the parcel was sent back to me without a refund. I lost both the item and the postage. Their policies are misleading and the customer experience is very poor.

I ordered a pair of boots that turned out to be of very poor quality. Upon contacting the company, they provided a return address in the Netherlands and required me to cover the return shipping. I paid £15.85 at the post office, filled out the necessary customs forms, and waited. The parcel reached customs in the Netherlands, but they demanded payment to release it. I sent it on 22.10.25, and today Royal Mail returned it to me. Do NOT buy anything from these scammers!
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order... I ordered a winter coat on October 27th, but it hasn't arrived and I received no response from customer service. I will be contacting trading standards! AVOID this company.
