Very disappointed with Kenmore returns. They state in the order email confirmation in red ink not to contact costumer service for returns because they don’t have access to orders information, and ask to only email to an email address, but that email doesn’t work. I sent the first email in July 8 to that email address and I have tried several times again and again and all I get is this:“Delivery incompleteThere was a temporary problem delivering your message to (email address I can’t post here) Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently” and at the end after many of those emails I got this: “ Message not deliveredYour message couldn't be delivered to (email address I can’t post here) because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information” It clearly shows me that Kenmore is making it impossible to make a return. I finally called costumer service to see if I could find another way to make this return and she told me to email (email address I can’t post here) instead. Well, as per today I haven’t gotten any reply and of course the 30 day window they give for returns is getting over. So that emails address she gave me doesn’t work either. How convenient for them. I’m not purchasing anything from Kenmore anymore.
