We have a washing machine that was fixed THREE times under warranty. Now it is out of warranty and acting up again. I WILL NOT pay for a service call when that service call is 1/3 the cost of the machine. I will put that towards a better brand.When I was young (I am 67 y/o), Kenmore was a good brand. Now it is a POS.
