The behavior of this legal firm has raised significant concerns. They represent a public entity, yet seem primarily focused on financial gain. After an injury incident, a court claim was initiated; however, it was dismissed due to an unpaid court fee, leaving us without resolution. At that time, I was facing serious personal challenges. Despite the years that have passed, the firm continues to pursue this matter aggressively. Their repeated communications feel harassing and rely on misleading interpretations of events, unfairly portraying me as at fault.
