Avoid this seller at all costs! I bought a hoodie and it arrived with a damaged zipper and poor quality. It was also late. I informed them I wanted to return it and was willing to cover the shipping costs, but they insisted I pay for shipping. Customer service kept insisting they would send a replacement, which I wasn't interested in; I just wanted a refund.
