I purchased a tripod with Kentfaith for my partner who has booked his first photography gig! However I was very much pushing it for time before he heads off especially with Christmas only having just ended.
I emailed the team at Kentfaith to see if there was a possibility of them fast tracking the picking and packing of the order with little hope, but they got back to me a few hours later letting me know they had the order ready to send out and were just waiting on the delivery company from there. They were also kind enough to pass along a message to the delivery company to possibly prioritise the order! Obviously once it's sent off it's out of their hands but I appreciate and commend the customer service and initiative of the team. They have definitely earnt a loyal customer!!!
