I first opened an account last week.Since this time, I have barely been able to log in to my account as the website is constantly and I do mean constantly down, with no explanations provided - ever. It is still down as I type this review.Further, the call handlers have such thick Indian accents, that comprehension is very difficult. They also appear less than transparent, as they simply keep repeating, 'I need your account number' ad infinitum to any questions posed. The reason, is simply that the educational standard is not present, to enable a normal banking conversation.Take a lesson from the big 5 UK banks and base your call centres in the UK please.I simply cannot believe all these positive reviews; the experiences that I have had even within a few days, dispel these easily.
