I transferred my matured Kent ISA to a new one. One week later money still not transferred to new account nor has interest been paid.Lots and lots of waffle from Indian call centre staff, can't believe the nonsense that's been spun.No UK bank would operate like this! Financial transactions are all done electronically in this day and age. NOT like some aged Indian paper based double accounting bookkeeping system carried out by a minion and then audited. then reviewed by a manager before being signed off.Something's not right here... by a long chalk...Makes you wonder if Kents outsourced their ISA portfolio to India ... they've got form in this?By coincidence my matured Smartsave ISA was transferred on the same day to a new ISA and interest paid forthwith Maybe the Financial Obudsman should investigate this incompetence
