Spent what feals like 2 days trying to increase our accounts. Yesterday after my husband and I spoke to an Indian agent for ages answering question upon question the line cut out (?to India).Today exactly the same, we were both "interviewed"the agent just could not do his job and set up a new joint account. The line cut out again after a very long call.We have closed all our accounts with Kent and do not recommend trying to phone India!18/10/25 After thourgh investigation we recieved a long apology and compensation of £75 !An incompetent system has cost them.
