We ordered the Kentucky at this company which has been trying to tell us a driver on the way . Then the driver was sitting at the premier in which was seen on the map probably eating our Kentucky beings as we have been waiting since 10 past ten pm was told it was being picked up at was being delivered by 11.40 pm and the driver said that Kentucky had closed the order but we have no food . Also no refund of apology for this mistake as such it’s absolutely diabolical as I’m disabled and my brother had come to see me all the way from London and we was going to have a nice evening and Kentucky has ruined our evening no food no apology and no acknowledgement that we even exist I’m fuming at this company hasn’t been there for long at Thetford Norfolk London road . They are a joke they need showing up and tomorrow I’m getting in touch with the head office and put in a complaint about this Kentucky there vile . Supposed to be a giant restaurant letting the Kentucky chain down I’ve never heard such a shambolic response too a customer who is awaiting food and beings as I’m disabled unable to go to the Kentucky myself is a disgrace and discriminating against a disabled human being as they know on the app I’m disabled so there basically taking the Micky out of me .!!!! So don’t bother ordering as it’s a shambles .!!!!!!! A big thumbs down from me
