Absolutely the worst experience purchasing something for my business! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I purchased a large order of wood rounds and requested to have the shipping expedited. the Etsy seller 'gladly' obliged stating that they would get my order out ASAP..... lets jump to a week later and still my order hasn't shipped???? I simply asked when my order was set to ship out and then Owen (the lovely owner) CANCELLED MY ORDER!! I was waiting 8 days for my order to ship just to have it cancelled last minute! Never Ever shop with this unreliable company- Shortly after writing this review I received a threatening letter and message from the seller - demanding I take down my review or risk legal action. This review is a true account of my experience with this company and I will not be harassed nor threatened to change or alter my honest review.
