I ordered a veg box which came, I'd set the subscription for 4 weeks but decided to order a veg box for this week, except I couldn't, the website kept adding my order for the following week, and charged me. I used the 'chat' on the website to explain the issues and was told they'd move the date to this Wednesday, I also wanted to add mushrooms and apples and was told this wasn't an issue. Only today I received an abrupt message telling me they'd cancelled and refunded the £19 I'd paid for the veg box with no reason given, and they'd charge me again on Sunday. When I explained this wasn't what we'd agreed and I couldn't afford to have multiple payments for the same box out of my account (it takes a week to get the £19 I'd paid back into my account) he was really nasty and rude to me. He couldn't care less that he'd financially messed me up. He'd also deleted the conversation we'd had where he'd agreed to just charge me for the mushrooms and apples as I'd already paid £19 for the veg. Underhand, and untrustworthy. He really upset me and definitely didn't care that he lost a customer. Terrible way to run a business
