Nathan patiently clarified all my questions and provided a very detail quotation in the following week for my consideration.In June 2022, Kent Wardrobes carried out the onsite measurement and sent me the final quotation. The order was confirmed shortly, and the work was scheduled in mid of Jul 2022.Two professional fitters came to assemble the two wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table and cabinet. It took around four days to get them done. They prepared the stairs protective cloth and handled the panels carefully. Although I still found a few scratches on the walls and door frame, I believed they had tried their best and this was unavoidable for such a large project.All items are good-looking design, sturdy, and finished professionally. A few days after fitting, customer service called to follow up my user experience. Everything looked alright. Overall speaking, Kent Wardrobes provides professional services from front line customer services to after-sale services. I have no doubt to recommend Kent Wardrobes to others.
