Great customer service, friendly team, prompt responses. Every team member I met ( Donna , Craig, Nathan, Dan) was professional, friendly and easy to work with. The team made 2 visits to our property to ensure the survey was correct due to the amount of building work going on, and then phoned to confirm and clarify details during the build process to make sure everything was correct. They were also able to accommodate some last minute changes. A few of the doors needed adjustment after fitting, but the team were fast to return and make sure all was well. Great experience all round and good value compared to other quotes I had. The only thing that didn't work out was internal lighting for the wardrobes - this should have been made part of the design and we didn't manage to make that happen, my fault for not being clear about this, but it didn't seem to form part of the design process, so I recommend that if you want lighting options make sure you are clear on what you want early on so that this can be incorporated.
