I bought a chair on 07/29 and only later on 08/07 (when I decided to send an email asking about my purchase, as they didn't tell me anything else about shipping) did I get a response that the chair in question was OUT OF ORDER in Europe.I already made the refund request since that day and until now (20 days) I haven't seen my money back. BE CAREFUL doing business with this company, I DO NOT recommend it at all. I spent 200 euros on this joke.
