I can't comment on the effectiveness of the IPL I purchased as it turned out to be unsuitable for me. Unfortunately this only because apparent when I had removed the cellophane wrapping to read the instructions as the issue (hypertension) was not mentioned on the website. Having read a couple of reviews about customer service when the item has been opened I was concerned that I would have difficulty obtaining a refund but I am happy to say that was not the case. I contacted the company via their contact form on 8/1/26, explaining the issue and received an apologetic reply that day. I was advised that a return label would be sent the following day. I received that via email as promised. I was unable to get to the post office until 12/1/26 . I received an email on 14/1/26 to say the parcel has been received. On 15/1/26 I received a further email to say my refund has been issued and the money was back on my credit card on 16/1/26. All email correspondence was polite and timescale promises were kept. The only minor quibble I would have is that it was an actual postage label that was sent which meant I had to find somewhere to print it off hence the couple of days delay sending it back. A QR code would be a better option. But that aside the customer service was first class.
