I contacted customer service as soon as I realised this.Their returns policy claims “refunds within 30 days if unopened,” but their packaging makes it impossible to inspect the item without breaking the protective seal. This gave them the excuse to claim it was “opened” — even though it was completely unused.What should have been a simple return turned into weeks of silence, contradictory instructions, shifting excuses, and an evasive process which, in my opinion, seemed designed to discourage customers from pursuing refunds.Armed with advice from Consumer Scotland, I had to apply constant pressure — including a firm reminder on Day 10 of the 14-day refund window — to get my money back, which only arrived right at the edge of the legal deadline. Yes, I got the refund — but only after weeks of runaround and stress.If you value your time, patience, sanity and consumer rights, avoid.
