This site is a complete scam, particularly in gambling. You can select items, but they’re never available in your account as they’re always out of stock. They artificially inflate prices, making you think the items are worth more than they are. The exchange feature offers only the least desirable items. I waited for days to redeem my items, only to be unable to do so. When seeking help, the support team provides unhelpful responses, and it feels like no one cares. I would suggest using other platforms instead; fairness is not a priority here!
