The so-called 'price-freeze' system doesn’t genuinely protect users. If the price of an item increases, you can’t withdraw it; if it decreases, you don’t receive any real compensation. This system restricts withdrawals under the guise of user protection. The claims of a shared inventory are misleading, as availability is user-specific. I’ve asked for technical explanations, but the support team only repeats that they can't override the system. Until there's transparency and real user protection, the explanations provided are incomplete.
