They inflate prices, making you believe items are worth more than they are. The exchange feature only offers unwanted items. After days of waiting to redeem my items, I found I couldn’t. When asking for help, the support team’s responses are unhelpful, and it feels like no one cares. I would recommend other platforms any day; fairness is not a priority here!
