I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a Windows 10 home key for 4,60€, but never received the key. After several hours and numerous emails, a representative offered me a Windows 10 pro key, which I declined since I needed the home edition. Eventually, he sent me a code, but when I attempted to activate it, Windows indicated that it was already in use. This feels like a scam, so be cautious. If I receive a refund or a valid key, I may reconsider my rating, but for now, it’s a major disappointment.
