The communication about the classes, homework, schedules and topics is very helpful. The pace is very comfortable. The support staff answers emails quickly and thoroughly. There is a caring attitude in Bill and the staff. So far, my impression is that we will get the help we need at every step of the way. They make us "newbies" to the field of bookkeeping feel like we will do well if we follow the system Bill has laid out for us and if we work hard.
