The presentation and content of material were very energetic and mentally challenging. I never felt hum drum, rather engaged and enlightened. Cared for as an individual.The company does a great job at communication. I never waited too long for a question to be answered. And felt everyone was a caring friend.I also never felt pressured and I liked the testimonials from people - they were very inspirational.I liked getting email reminders.I do not like FB communication. I get lost.Telegrams is a little easier.The close (offering) was spot on.Not too pushy. I only wanted to learn bookkeeping tips when I signed and at the end I wanted to become a bookkeeper!Big jump! I feel safe with the group, and that I can trust everyone involved. And I feel very empowered that I will have a skill to go with me thru life.
