Our Keylite electric roof windows stopped opening/closing last week. I tried to pair the remote control as the display was working and the battery had recently been replaced. However, I got no action from the windows. I called up Keylite after the bank holiday break and got through within a minute of calling to a very helpful Customer Service representative, Tanya. Tanya was very knowledgable and sent me a very detailed email as she advised that there would be a call out charge for an engineer to pair the remote to the windows. I followed the instructions and within minutes I had paired the remote control to all of our Keylite windows. Great company, great staff, great service.
