It's outrageous to pay nearly 400 pounds for a lock that took under three minutes to break and replace with a cheap one, especially with added VAT. The technician only broke the lock after I was locked out, charging me £130 for a three-minute job. I even asked if £100 was possible, as I was initially told it would be a maximum of £150. He refused. What are these ridiculous prices? I will never use this service again, even in a desperate situation.
