I honestly can’t believe how garbage their application process is. A secondary school kid could have built a better platform in a weekend! Once you upload a document, that’s it — you’re stuck with it forever. You can’t remove it, can’t replace it, can’t do anything. I even tried switching devices, clearing everything, reopening the page — nothing works.It’s shocking how something this broken is even live. I’m in tech, and I can tell you with confidence that even a beginner developer could design something miles better. My referencing, which normally takes 1–2 days, has now turned into weeks of waiting with zero updates, zero visibility, and zero accountability.Everything is hanging in thin air. No communication, no logic, no clue what’s going on. Whoever built and approved this system should be embarrassed. Total clowns running this show!
