In both cases, I was approved immediately. This is my husband's first time using it, and he's completely unimpressed with how things are going.The 5-star reviews on this site feel suspicious—same tone, vague praise, and no real explanation of what makes the service good. It gives the impression that they’re written by their own staff.At this point, we're seriously considering walking away from our rental purely because of how poorly this company is handling things.
