Utterly useless service who clearly only exist to profiteer off of providing a "service" that could be performed by estate agents themselves. Their intransigent adherence to protocol is actively hindering my move date and by extension, my ability to start a new job, for which I need to relocate in order to start. You would think that a contract of employment would be sufficient proof of employment, but no, they have to speak to someone, despite the contract being plain as day.
