I am unable to download or use the programme, I requested a refund with the 14 days, which you declined stating I had exceeded that time limit, IT WAS 3 DAYS, given the small cost, I am putting it down to experience, as the pen is mighty than the sword, very disappointed with the product and lack of customer service.
