Annabel is so very positive and supportive. Every time we were at a low ebb she always made us feel confident, encouraged and happier. We loved her respectful letters to all those she wrote to on our behalf. Most of all though we loved her cheerfulness and her bright sense of humour. Always good to have in times when you’re feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. A laugh is good medicine for woeful times. Her succinct knowledge, professional and friendly work ethic was very much admired and respected by us. Was always there for us even when she was on leave.
