DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES FOR FAMILY LAW EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY LAW FIRM ON EARTH!!Caroline Kelly of Keystone Law handled the case of a friend of mine and it was a s**t show from start to finish. Imagine the horror of being informed that you have a hearing ON the day of the hearing itself. On top of that they are experts in making the client take the fall in court for their callousness like not replying to the opposing solicitor or filing late and incomplete submissions.My friend had to undergo therapy because of the way they made her look in court - a liar and a fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!On top of everything, if you submit a complaint against their solicitor to Keystone they will conduct a never ending enquiry and give their solicitor a clean chit, while putting the blame on you.Do not think that the SRA/Legal Ombudsman will protect you. They will take months, if not years and finally side with the solicitors.
