$100 for an apartment key is not reasonable. They claim It's a "special" key but I was able to find a company in Melbourne on Russell street that copied the key for a fraction of the price. It took 5 minutes, not 10 business days...They don’t have a Google business account or show much in search results on Google. It raises serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness.
