Firstly, the staff I spoke to were great and this is not a reflection of them.I ordered a barrel which comes with two keys and I ordered an additional key. The locksmith didn't have the 3rd key when he installed the barrel. I had to get back in contact with Keyzee to find where the 3rd key is. I haven't heard from them since. It would have been easier if I could have dealt directly with locksmith however my bodycorp has complicated this process by involving a third party. Keyzee also charged me a $30 admin fee which should be paid by my body corp considering I pay them thousands a year to coordinate these functions for our building.
