Contacted because an aftermarket Sony USB-C rechargeable camera battery had gone bad around a month under the one year warranty. They needed extra proof that their battery was the issue but did end up replacing the battery at no cost to me. It did take an around a month for the replacement to arrive since they shipped it from China as opposed to stock within the US, but it was sorted in the end. They did badger me a bit to write this review before I even received the replacement. I told them I would review the experience when the experience had concluded.
