I travelled quite a distance to visit KG Archery, seeking advice on whether my equipment would be OK to shoot after a 'sabbatical' of 25 years. Neill gave me a huge amount of his time looking it all over, and even got me shooting a few ends on their range to see how I was handling the weight of the limbs. I told them I was prepared to buy new arrows at the very least, but Neill's bottom line was "shoot them until you've broken too many, and THEN buy some new ones". He also suggested a price bracket that was much lower than I was prepared to pay, which I think you'd have to call honest advice! I did go away with a new tab, arrow puller and equipment case, so Neill's time wasn't for nothing! But most important of all, I left with a warm glow of excellent customer service, and beyond a doubt I'll be back as soon as I need the next bit of kit.
