I ordered a set of running boards for my vehicle, but they arrived damaged. After submitting the pictures, I was informed they were being reviewed. Hours later, I followed up to see if they had received the images; the representative confirmed they did and promised an email soon. However, after waiting three more hours and calling back, they couldn’t locate my email. Customer service was completely unhelpful. I ended up purchasing clips from an auto parts store instead. This was a huge waste of time, and I won’t be shopping here again!
