We prepaid an order for delivery between 4.00 and 7.00.At 7.50 no news, we called and were told, sorry we are late, driver might be with you in 20 minutes.As we had commitments we had to cancel and asked for refund.Cancellation accepted. Refund not directly to us but to Kibson Wallet. Not sure how to get it back as we don’t want to use Kibson again.Not the first time we had delays and quality problems with fresh food.
