They do not seem to pay their partners. They claim there are problems with documentation (which I use on other platforms without issues) and halt payments without explanation. The support is unhelpful, providing generic responses without real solutions. They just stop payments arbitrarily. Strangely, my documents worked fine for several months before suddenly being deemed invalid, even though they are still valid. There has been no communication or guidance regarding the issue. It's frustrating to see earnings vanish without reason.
