Avoid using Kickstarter, they do not respond when raising issues with creators. I have waited years for a project to complete and deliver the correct items. The KS team do nothing when the creator no longer responds, except paying lip service to their policies. I've had bad experiences with most KS projects as other comments have mentioned so will no longer use KS.
