Kickstarter allow scammers to operate. When the goods are not delivered you have no recourse at all. Even the credit card guarantee is void because you give the money to a third party (Kickstarter) not the scammers. Customer service is non existent and no one at Kickstarter cares that they're facilitating fraud. I've been trying to get them to hold Like Bike to account for 2 years, after a year of stock responses they don't reply at all even when you write direct to the CEO.
