I pledged 25 quid to a project that just didn't go anywhere. A year passed and i lost all hope. i asked for a refund from both kickstarter and the project creator. I received no reply from the later and kickstarter just shifted the blame saying they couldn't do anything as all money passes straight to the backer. This confirmed my fears that the project was a scam and left me unable to trust kickstarter. If they don't take responsibility for creators, what is stopping people from taking the money but not following through on the project. This is a major flaw and a blatant scam. I will never be using Kickstarter again
