I placed an order on November 27, 2025, for gifts for my grandchildren. They were finally delivered on December 29, 2025, but the package arrived at the post office with counterfeit postage, forcing me to pay an additional $54.95 to retrieve it. The toys appear to be fine, but they were already pricey, and my supposed 'free shipping' ended up costing almost as much as one of the toys.
I placed an order on November 25, 2025, for my great-grandson's gift, and now it's Christmas with no delivery. The service claimed a 1 to 9-day shipping window, yet it's been a month! I've been in constant communication with them, but it feels like I'm just being misled. Now they're saying to wait for the item to arrive before they assist with the refund. What is going on?
We placed an order for a Christmas gift on November 5th. Despite multiple inquiries about the delivery status, we were left in the dark after the tracking ceased on November 28th. Unfortunately, we still hadn't received the order by Christmas Day. My attempts to reach out went unanswered, except for an automated response promising a quick reply. I strongly advise against using this service.
This service is highly unreliable. I placed an order that never arrived, and when I reached out for assistance, they provided a fake tracking number claiming it was delivered on a specific date. I strongly advise against trusting this service.
I would give a negative score if possible. Apologies to the support team! I placed my order on 11/29 and have yet to receive any tracking information beyond the fact that it has shipped. I've sent two emails without any response! I highly advise against ordering from this service. It has been the worst experience!
This experience has been frustrating. The company claims 'ships tomorrow', but that seems meaningless. When I reached out with a question, I received generic responses. It's been 21 days since the promised shipping date, and I'm left waiting. I suggest steering clear of this service.
BUYER BEWARE! This company advertised a toy “sky haul” that has buttons that make sounds and lights up. What you receive is a cheap plastic plane with NO buttons, lights or sounds. The ramp, in the video, shows a button that launches the cars off of the plane which is also absent. When you contact customer service, they offer 20% off or you can return it to China which costs $90. Stay away from this scam
I ordered toys from this company. When they arrived, I was surprised at how cheap the items were since they advertise being higher quality than other stores. I looked at the picture of the item and compared it to what I received. It was not the same. In fact, I paid $25 for a toy that I can apparently purchase through Walmart for $9. The picture of the Walmart.com toy matches what I received. The stamp on the mailer says the product came from California but Kiddie Corner is not on the return address. The stamp is covering another stamp that I assume came from Hong Kong because I now see that returns go through Hong Kong. This company is not who they pretend to be. I wish I had been more thorough in checking their website. These companies are getting better at their deceptions. Buyer Beware!
