Customer service is not helpful.Had a dispatch email and tracking. tracked it and the item had been shipped back to sender - they hadnt attempted delivery. Spoke to DHL and was told Kids around hadnt sent the correct paper work for the delivery, I spoke to Kids around and they refused to process the refund until it came back to them. Needed the item for a holiday and will have to pay out elsewhere and wait for the refund. Avoid!
